Newly opened, Ibis Styles Siem Reap is the first ibis Styles AccorHotels managed property in Cambodia.
The hotel is located in the city center of Siem Reap, less than 30 minutes drive to Siem Reap International Airport, within 1 minute walk from the old market and the Siem Reap river.
The hotel offers 116 rooms, all well appointed with the latest ibis Styles brand standards and brand amenities. Other features of the hotel will include a restaurant, a bar and a swimming pool and pool bar. 

Jobs Description :

 •       Complete the process of conference/event organizing;

•       Corporate in events from the first confirm from the client to post-event to follow up the guest satisfaction;
•       Prepare and follow up of conference (non-residential), corporate and social function proposals;
•       Tailor to specifically meet the needs of each client the Inspire Meetings Offerings;
•       Prepare event orders, action plans and other relevant paperwork to effectively communicate guest’s needs to internal and external sources;
•       Answer all correspondence and enquiries received during the working week within 24 hours of receipt;
•       Maintain good public relations with customers;
•       Plan the sale-call for business to achieve budget on key accounts;
•       Make high conversion of business lead;
•       Other tasks assigned by management.  

Job Requirment :

 •       BA degree in Business Administration, Tourism and Hotel Management;

•       2 years’ experience as inspired meeting executive in five-star hotel or in related field;
•       Excellent comprehension of the English language;
•       Strong communication and inter-personal skills
•       Strong organizational and management skills with exceptional attention to detail;
•       Pro-active with a passion for luxury hospitality and passion for all things digital.
