Interested in joining a fast-growing dynamic team of young professionals to support school automation and digitization in Cambodia? SALA is looking for a curious and motivated person to lead our Implementation Team!
As Implementation Team Lead, your main focus will be on assisting new customers in replacing their old tools with the new system. This role is challenging and diverse: you will have to help the customers to identify and prioritize their needs to be able to implement the software launch effectively, train them to use the software properly and handle their requests and feedback on a daily basis. You will make sure that the software instance that the customer is using is populated with the necessary data and test the functionalities to perform according to the expectations. 
You will work closely with the Development team who prepares the software for every new customer and handles the technical part of customization and fixing errors, as well as with the Growth team to propose new areas for development. Together with the Operations Manager, you will design, revise and enhance the implementation approach to maximize the team’s potential and to deliver the best service to our customers.
Your specific tasks will include:
  • Customer orientation and continuous support
  • Planning, organizing and conducting demo’s and trainings
  • Coordinating data collection and input
  • Development of training materials and manuals
  • Testing of the system
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive features catalogue
  • Coordinating the work of junior implementer



Job Requirment :

  • Enabler: you are a team player who knows how to find mates who can help with a specific challenge and offering your ideas for improvement
  • Resilience and flexibility: you are able to learn from your mistakes and adjust the course of action accordingly
  • You speak Khmer (native) and English
