Jobs Description :


  • Under the supervision of the HR Manager, facilitate and perform all recruitment process including preparation of recruitment materials, job posting, screening, shortlisting, interview, reference check and offering/rejecting letter
  • Ensure that the recruitment procedure is respected and followed by all staff
  • Ensure that the recruitment documents are well documented and appropriately kept/filed
  • Assist the HR Manager to update recruitment procedure and strategies.
  • Follow up and update all recruitment needs regularly and report to HR Manager as required
  • Coordinate with concerned departments/units and projects to collect staff requisition form and process accordingly;
  • Coordinate with all concerned interview panel members to develop interview questions, writing test, problem solving scenarios and scoring sheet to ensure consistency for the interview process.
  • Coordinate with all concerned interview panel members and candidates to ensure their availability and set up interview schedule as well as interview room;
  • Participate in shortlisting applicants and in first round interviews of shortlisted candidates as needed;
  • Keep in touch regularly with all concerned recruitment agencies for updating the labor market situation and the recruitment progress.
  • Contact shortlisted candidates and organize writing test as required, interview and provide interview panel’s feedback.
  • Prepare interview reports and submit to Human Resources Manager and relevant Managers
  • Perform other tasks assigned by HR Manager/Head of HR and Admin Department

Job Requirment :


  • 1 year of working experience in HR & Administration Management
  • At least university degree in HR & Administration or related field
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to use MS Office, outlook, internet and other related applications.
  • Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Be detailed, precise, serious and careful
