Jobs Description :


  • Prepare job description, create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Screen, shortlist and conduct initial phone screening for shortlisted qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in person for a wide range of role
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Initiate and conduct the interview technique and assessment method
  • Track hiring metrics between time-to-recruit and time-to-hire
  • Conduct the performance, reference, and background check of qualified candidates
  • Propose the hiring recommendation to HR Manager along with the cost and budget details
  • Negotiate with selected candidates on the benefits & compensations and joining timeline
  • Prepare the offer letter and employment contracts and signing schedule
  • Conduct the employee induction, orientation, and team introduction
  • Monitor the performance management of new hires during the probation period
  • Host and participate in job fairs, HR workshop, and events
  • Build a network with potential hires through professional groups, universities, institutions, NGOs, etc.
  • Create and maintain the database as well as potential candidate pools for future hiring
  • Keep the positive relationship with qualified candidates from time to time
  • Maintain good relationships with both internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals
  • Make record and report on the attrition rate monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Participate and assist in HR Strategic projects that align the HR Department with long term needs of the business
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirment :


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resource, Business or relevant field
  • English proficiency for the level of professional communication
  • Computer literacy for Ms. Office, internet and email
  • Previous experience as a recruitment officer or similar role at least 1-2 year
  • Good interviewing skills for establishing rapport with candidates and gathering information for hiring decision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively internal and external
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work tight deadline
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites like Linkedin, Facebook, etc.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding company and employee information
