Jobs Description :

In recent years, CSR & Sustainability Team in Smart has played a key role in partnering with organizations to ensure that Smart Axiata continues increase our  social impact within the Cambodian society every year. This role is created to assist and manage the Company’s CSR and Sustainability strategies, programs and initiatives that help shape a positive perception towards its impact and contribution to national development.
  • Develop and implement CSR and Sustainability programs and strategies that support the economic, environment and social sustainability of the Company; this includes (but not limited to) analyzing projects / activities proposals and monitoring the execution till post-event evaluation.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders as part of supporting current initiatives and / or identifying new proposals, funding / partnership opportunities for Management’s effective decision making.
  • Maintain a strong network of CSR and Sustainability professionals, consultants, government agencies and strategic alliances while keeping abreast of new developments and opportunities for the Company.
  • Assist in implementing communication strategies to promote the respective programs and campaigns formulated.
  • Collaborate with HR to encourage volunteering in the Company as part of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support preparation of all internal and external CSR and Sustainability-related presentations and reports.
  • Represent the Company at relevant events, working groups or forums as and when required by the HOD and/or CEO.
  • Participate in any other ad hoc projects driven internally or by Axiata Group.

Job Requirment :

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Social Sciences, Environment Studies, Education, Sustainable Development / Management, Communications and International Relations or related fields.
  • At least 2 years working experience in CSR, CR or Sustainability related jobs (volunteer or corporate).
    Candidates with social work, NGO internships or other related experiences will have an added advantage.
  • Passionate about Education, Environment and Community Sports; enthusiastic about CSR and sustainable programs.
  • Strong work ethics i.e. proactive, confident, positive, integrity, accountable, teamwork.
  • Acceptable project management or administrative knowledge and possess basic Telecommunication knowledge.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and the Internet.
  • Good interpersonal / stakeholder management and verbal / written communication skills i.e. both English and Khmer.
