Jobs Description :

 Administrative Duties:

 
·        Ensure proper  filing system  library;
·        Assist  formulation  update  contract  staff  consultants;
·        Provide logistic to programme staff such assist organize meetings, workshop, travel documents etc.;
·        Assist communication partners other stakeholders;
·        Dealing  all programme taxation;
·        Assist expatriate staff English-Khmer-English translation when require;
·        Managing  staff (Finance/Administrative Assistant, driver, cleaner, guard);
·        Lead  staff  ensure  effective day-to-day programme  running, and
·        Maintaining necessary equipment supplies.
 
Accounting Duties:
 
·        Leading Administrative  financial staffs  processing day-to-day programme accounts  be sent  Secretariat;
·        Proficiency double-entry accounting systems;
·        Monitoring  manage  overall budget (expenditures, salaries, incomes)  the program;
·        Prepare regular periodic accurate, professional, complete financial reports regional offices;

Be for maintaining company accounts, transactions & transfers, payments, expenditures, receipts, etc.

Job Requirment :

 Requirements:

 
·        Bachelor Degree of Business Administration (BBA) / Accounting;
·        Have the knowledge of Administration and Accounting & Finance;
·        Have the knowledge of computer literacy;
·        Have the knowledge of English proficiency;
·        At least 2 year experience in the management of accounting & inventories and tax declaration;
·        Be pleasant and have a good communication;
·        Have a good attitude behavior and strong fitness, and

Ability to work under pressure, establish priorities, perform the task independently and meet the deadlines.
