Jobs Description :

 You will be Japanese Sous Chef in charge of running the kitchen in order to assist Head Chef to supervise the cook. Prepare and cook food follow the Japanese recipe, you are also responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, which may involve scheduling or dealing with personnel conflict. The Sous Chef of a kitchen will also make sure the food of restaurant or commercial kitchen is using is of top quality, and the staffs are being mindful of the cost standards that come with the food. Sous Chef will help with menu planning, inventory, and managing of supplies as well.

Job Requirment :

 * Minimum 3 years experience as Sous Chef in Japanese cuisine

* Effective English communication skills.
* Knowledge of training program include courses in sanitation and safety
* Good interpersonal skill self-confidence and problem solving.
* Flexible by shift
